The air conditioning in my classic double or twin room barely worked. the room was quite warm during the day, and it made sleeping difficult. also, the staff at the reception Weren't particularly helpful when i asked about it. breakfast lacked variety. It was THE same every morning, which got old quickly.

The hotel's location is very convenient, especially with its proximity to the train station. This made traveling with luggage much easier for me (I didn't have to carry my bags very far!). The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh items. The porter, Nicola, was really helpful and provided useful information about local places to visit and eat.

The walls in the room looked a bit dirty, and I noticed some chipped furniture. It wasn't a major issue, but the room could use a bit of maintenance to freshen it up.
